1 Hour Lessons

Skills: Beginner ball handling, defense, agility, 
proper shooting form, footwork

9:00 - 10:00 am: Grade 3
10:00 - 11:00 am: Grade 2
11:00 - 12:00 pm: Grades K - 1

Wednesday & Thursday: 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Welcome back Coach Joe!

We are EXCITED to announce that Coach Joe McElroy is back as a member of our training staff and will be coaching Tuesday Stay Sharp Classes!! Coach Joe will bring a long history of training experience to his classes including: 

 ◦ Basketball Skills Trainer for 12 years
 ◦ Youth Coach for the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic 2004-2011
 ◦ Dribble Stick certified since 2010

Meet Luke Lloyd


My passion for the game of basketball runs deep. Growing up in a basketball crazy town like Flint, Michigan drew me to the game. I was lucky, there were a lot of great players around, and I learned a great deal from them. I worked hard on my fundamentals, set goals for myself, and aspired to make the game part of my life. Eventually I earned a scholarship to Morehead State University. Then I finished out my college career at Campbellsville University, where I got to play for coach Travis Ford. I then went pro and traveled the globe playing the game that I love.
